How to erase your Zulra account

  1. Open getzulra.com and sign in (email, Google, or Apple).
  2. Go to Settings → ACCOUNT → Delete account, or open the erase form at /delete-account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm. We remove your login and anonymise profile faces; on-device Zulra data is wiped when erase succeeds.

Email request (no app install)

Email hello@getzulra.com with subject Delete my Zulra account and the email address on the account. We verify the request before erasing.

What we keep (legal retention)

Transaction, payout, and anti-fraud / AML records may be retained for periods required by financial and tax rules (often 5–7+ years depending on Market), with personal identifiers removed where practicable. Hosted event listings may remain labelled “Deleted account” so guest tickets stay usable. Full policy: Privacy · Retention & how to delete.
