How to erase your Zulra account
- Open getzulra.com and sign in (email, Google, or Facebook).
- Go to Settings → ACCOUNT → Delete account, or open the erase form at /delete-account.
- Type DELETE and confirm. We remove your login and anonymise profile faces; on-device Zulra data is wiped when erase succeeds.
Email request (no app install)
Email hello@getzulra.com with subject Delete my Zulra account and the email address on the account. We verify the request before erasing.
What we keep (legal retention)
Transaction, payout, and anti-fraud / AML records may be retained for periods required by financial and tax rules (often 5–7+ years depending on Market), with personal identifiers removed where practicable. Hosted event listings may remain labelled “Deleted account” so guest tickets stay usable. Full policy: Privacy · Retention & how to delete.
Facebook Login data
If you signed in with Facebook, erasing your Zulra account removes the Zulra account linked to that login. You can also remove Zulra under Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. This page is our Data Deletion Instructions URL for Meta (not an automated Facebook callback webhook).
